BARBECUED PORK FILLETS
(Serving Size 6 - 8)

INGREDIENTS
- Pork Fillet 2
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Royles Red Food Colouring 1 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce 3 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce ¼ cup

FOR SERVING
- Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce 1 tbsp
- Small Pita Breads
- Small Spinach Leaves
- Snow Pea Sprouts

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Crush, peel and finely chop garlic. Mix Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, garlic, food colouring together in a plastic bag.

2. Place pork fillet in bag and leave to marinate for about an hour.

3. Remove fillet from marinade and bake at 180C for 20 to 30 minutes or until juices run clear. Baste regularly with marinate during cooking. Serve sliced.

4. For serving: Warm or crisp pita breads. Top with slices of barbecue pork, spinach leaves, snow pea sprouts and Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce.
